Kerry Grundhoefer


Kerry is the founder and owner of Peace House Holistic Therapies on Ambergris Caye in Belize and CLEAR Holistic Therapies in Minneapolis, MN, USA. She has been a practicing Shiatsu Therapist and professional member of the AOBTA (American Organization of Bodywork Therapies of Asia) since 2003 and holds the highest level of certification available for Asian Bodywork Therapy in the U.S., which is through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine (NCCAOM). Her work is effective, client specific, relaxing and revitalizing. Kerry has training in multiple forms of shiatsu including ampuku (visceral/abdominal massage). Since moving to Belize, Kerry has been studying herbs, Maya spiritual healing and Maya abdominal therapy with Dr. Rosita Arvigo, and is a professional member of the Abdominal Therapy Collective. She is additionally trained in Ashiatsu Bar Therapy through Deepfeet and Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and is a professional member of the IAHP (International Association of Healthcare Practitioners). Kerry is also experienced in providing the adjunct services of cupping, moxibustion, & ear candling, and incorporates essential oils and local herbs when applicable and appropriate.
